Kaley Pruitt Dance had a successful 2018 season performing alongside caitlin+dancers in a shared evening celebrating both companies. Performances were June 1st and June 2nd at Martha Graham Studio Theater 55 Bethune Street, 11th Floor. Kaley Pruitt Dance and caitlin+dancers each presented one work from repertoire and one world premiere. These two quickly emerging NYC-based modern dance companies share a commitment to bold work that unravels and simultaneously weaves new perceptions of the world around us. This summer, Pruitt re-staged “Limitless” and premiered a new duet titled, “Like Minds”. KPD performers included: Cassandra Bowser, Joshua Dutton-Reaver, Erica Frankel, Maddie Naylor, Robert Perales, Kaley Pruitt & Megan Wubbenhorst.

Kaley Pruitt Dance brought three New York City premieres to Triskelion Arts July 27, 28 & 29. The season included a world premiere “Through All This & You” and two works that have been in the creative process in 2016-2017, “Critical Mass” and “Room for Elephants”. Pruitt danced alongside company members and collaborators Cassandra Bowser, Ashley Ervin, Robert Perales, Jen Silver & Megan Wubbenhorst.
KALEY PRUITT DANCE at Triskelion Arts | March 19th & 20th 2016
Place and Time premiered at Triskelion Arts March 2016. Pruitt’s full length evening work explores intricacy, serenity, turbulence and threat. The dance conjures, looses, and regenerates nature’s energy, answering over and over again an equation with infinite solutions. It is a visceral experience of perpetual motion. The piece is a large group work for a powerful and dynamic cast of 7 women. Original score by Kurt Wubbenhorst, and choreography and costume design by Kaley Pruitt.
